Find alternative versions that increase ped limits in the AddOns folder of the main version. (Anything over 200 will cause issues)

WhyEm DLC spawn issue is a thing of the past!
This is my Unknown error FFFFFFFF Fix, Peds Popper, and Forced Train and Trolley Spawns all in one easy install.
I’m really happy that I can finally play with WhyEm’s DLC, Red Dead Offline, and More Pretty Gun guilt free.

Download Lenny’s Mod Loader and install it.
Download my mod unzip the file and drag and drop the lml folder where the RDR2.exe is located.
ReadMe.txt included in the Compatiblity Patches and AddOns folders with details on how to install them.
Alexander Blade’s Script Hook resets game pools making this mod redundant.
Use ScriptHookV2 and change [Interface] & [Overlay] Enabled = false this fixed the black screen on load in for me.
Make sure you are using the newest version of “dinput8.dll” found here Ultimate ASI Loader
Any version of “version.dll” breaks game mechanics, use the dinput8.dll and LITE – Multiplayer Asset Enabler.
If your mods aren’t working properly then use the full Online Content Unlocker.
I highly recommend you look into graphics settings or use my performance setup from Detailed Graphics Info.
Please make sure you have done the above correctly, missing any of the steps mentioned will cause this to not work properly.
If this doesn’t work for you then there isn’t really much else that can be done to make the spawns work, as this is mostly a system related issue.
Some people don’t even need this mod at all, while others do, while some won’t ever get spawns to work due to system bottlenecks.
In other words, it varies system to system and game version to game version, this is my attempt to help. Works on my machine™
