After watching several videos and trying various combinations, I came up with this outfit in the absence of a proper mod that lets you play as Ghost Rider.
There are two files:
One with the complete outfit, as shown in the images and videos. It can only be applied as a whole.
Another with just the skeleton in case you want to use your own outfits or don’t have the same mods I used.”
Instalation:
Put the files in “Red Dead Redemption 2\RampageFiles\Saved Outfits\”. Use Rampage Trainer to enable it.
Tips after using it myself in the campaign:
Every time Arthur changes clothes, you need to reapply the skeleton outfit.
When you fail a mission, the outfit resets, and the torch becomes invisible. To fix this, copy the torch, detach and attach it again, and adjust any X, Y, Z value to update it. Then, delete the previous torch.
Avoid using incendiary rounds during missions with companions. If you accidentally kill a companion and fail the mission, the outfit will reset.
In a mission during Chapter 3 where you have to hide inside a wagon, the torch’s collision causes the wagon to break apart.
During the mission Favored Sons, you must disable the mods. Otherwise, the mission will glitch. Just complete it without mods and reactivate them afterward.
Important: Every time you apply the outfit, you need to disable the eyes and mouth using the trainer; otherwise, they will float in mid-air.
You can also disable the hair, although it will reappear during cutscenes. I used one of the vanilla hairstyles set to the minimum to make it less noticeable.
The outfit in the photos was achieved using clothing mods, not vanilla.
