Small script that allows off-hand holsters to function at all times, no matter where you are in the story.
If you want to be able to dual wield before completing Blessed are the Meek, you will need to equip an off-hand holster using a trainer as you will not be able to buy any before completing this mission.
Requires ScriptHook.
Place the .asi file into your root game folder where RDR2.exe and PlayRDR2.exe is located.
