How do you get to the vault? Just land at Forward Base 441 on Toliman II in the Toliman system. Once you leave your ship, you’re going to be looking for a shipping container that is not like the others.

The built-in display cases in The Vault have custom display slots, so you can add many more things to your shelves than allowed with normal display cases. Fill it with contraband! Fill it with your favorite books! Or fill it with whatever else you can imagine.
You can turn off the backlight in the display cases by using the switch on the wall next to the door.
