Star Wars Rebel Leaders V1.0

Star Wars Rebel Leaders V1.0

Changes the appearance of Marshal Blake to Admiral Ackbar and Autumn MacMillan to Hera Syndulla. Adds Lando’s General outfit and his X-8 Night Sniper weapon as quest rewards.

It’s Star Wars day and we are back with another Star Wars Mod that changes and add some things I hope Star Wars fans will enjoy.
Two famous Rebel leaders make their appearance in Starfield: Admiral Ackbar and Hera Syndulla. You will meet both on your journey to complete the Freestar Collective questline and be able to craft their outfits.
Additionally, you will be rewarded for completing the Freestar questline with the outfit of General Lando Calrissian during the battle of Endor against the second Death Star as well as his signature gun, the X-8 Night Sniper.

Hard requirements: Star Wars Aliens Mod by radicalclownfriend
Highly recommended: Freestar Rebels Mod by radicalclownfriend

What you get:
Admiral Ackbar replaces Marshal Blake
Hera Syndulla replaces Autumn MacMillan and has a unique weapon (currently NPC only)
Craftable outfits (apparel and spacesuit) of Ackbar, Hera Syndulla and Lando Calrissian (ROTJ General) at the industrial workbench
Lando’s X-8 Night Sniper blaster pistol as unique quest reward

Details:
First of all: New Game or NG+ is recommended. However, using console commands to disable and enable the NPCs affected by this mod (Marshal Blake and Autumn MacMillan) should fix their appearances (missing head, wrong outfits)

Admiral Ackbar
Marshal Blake got a facelift thanks to radicalclownfriends Star Wars Aliens mod. He is now one of the most famous leaders of the Rebel Alliance: Admiral Gial Ackbar.
You can craft his outfit at the industrial workbench. But keep in mind, it is a uniform designed for a Mon Calamari. So if you want to use it, I recommend playing as a Mon Calamari, which is possible thanks to radicalclownfriends mod.

Hera Syndulla
Autumn MacMillan will be replaced by another iconic character, Hera Syndulla. You will meet her during the Freestar Ranger questline.
She comes with her very own outfit and blaster pistol (Blurrg-1120). For now her blaster is not available for the player, but her outfit is.
Don’t use the outfit Hera wears, but craft your own one at an industrial workbench. The NPC outfit is not made for the player character and won’t look right. You don’t have to be a Twilek to wear this outfit and there is also a male version.
Hera Syndulla is available as a companion as soon as you finished the Freestar Ranger questline. She got some new crew perks, too.

General Calrissian’s outfit and X-8 Night Sniper
The rewards for completing the Freestar Ranger questline always felt a bit underwhelming to me. You don’t even get the cool duster Marshal Blake is wearing.
Now, completing the questline will reward the player with some special goodies:

You will be able to craft the General Calrissian outfit (worn by Lando during the battle against the 2nd Death Star in ROTJ). You can craft the outfit as apparel version or spacesuit. The spacesuit also comes with its own mask (thanks to zone79 for letting me use his assets) and backpack. (You don’t need any resources to craft the outfit as it is meant to be a quest reward. To avoid exploiting, the outfit has a value of “0” so you can’t just always craft and sell stuff with zero investment)
Instead of the “Justifier” (a recolored Lawgiver) you get an absolute unique gun: The X-8 Night Sniper. The stats are based on the Razorback but it fires much faster and is more accurate. The laser pistol is designed to be also viable in the late game, so it may be a bit overpowered at lower levels. But hey, it is your ultimate reward for completing one of the game’s main factions questline

The outfits are designed for “normal” people in mind. So if you are playing a very very bulky/fat character, you may get some clipping.

The long cape of Lando’s General outfit has weird physics because I couldn’t find a model in the base game to transfer the weight data from. For the spacesuit, I recommend the version without cape so you don’t get any clipping with the backpack.

I tried my best to avoid clipping but it wont look 100% perfect here and there. If I find a solution to make it look better, I of course will do so. Until then, I hope Star Wars fans will enjoy it despite its little flaws.
