Crowd Outfits by Pegasus V1.0

Crowd Outfits brings the diverse styles of the Settled Systems to your wardrobe. This mod allows you to craft 21 unique outfits, each with at least 6 color variations (over 200 items total), all named after the cities they’re seen in. Find detailed descriptions for each outfit in the crafting menu.

THE SEWING TOOLBOX
Craft all outfits at the Sewing Toolbox, a custom workbench found in the Crafting tab of your build/decorate menu. Outfits require either 1 Polytextile or 1 Polytextile + 1 Luxury Textile. This workbench is exclusive to Crowd Outfits.
Placement Tip: For optimal use, place the Sewing Toolbox on a standard-height table or counter near the edge. Placing it too high, low, or far back may cause your character to float or prevent interaction.
A small note: The workbench UI utilizes the Pharma Lab layout and headings to exclusively display Crowd Outfits. This does not affect the regular pharmaceutical workbench.

COMPATIBILITY AND MECHANICS
Vanilla Body Support: All outfits are fully morphable to vanilla body shapes, with fits checked and adjusted for clipping.
Outfit Structure: These are complete outfits, not separates. They shouldn’t be combined with other outfit pieces (hats and boostpacks are exceptions) to avoid errors. See below for more details.
Crafting Exclusivity: As they’re only craftable at the Sewing Toolbox, these shouldn’t interfere with clothing crafted elsewhere.
Body Morph Mod Conflicts: Limited testing indicates that equipping these outfits enforces vanilla body morphs on players and NPCs.
NPC Outfits: These outfits do not affect vanilla crowd NPC outfits, as they were created using separate forms.
Enhanced Customization and Layering: I’ve received reports from users indicating that sets from Crowd Outfits can be successfully layered with modular components from other character customization mods. While this specific interaction was not part of the testing, it suggests broader compatibility and opens up further options to personalize your character’s looks. Due to the nature of how the clothing functions, clipping or other errors may occur.

KNOWN QUIRKS AND LOAD ORDER
Better Crowd Citizens (BCC) Conflict: A conflict with BCC may cause missing meshes on crowds. My tester resolved this by placing Crowd Outfits above BCC in their load order. (Clipping on crowds with BCC is a known issue documented by the BCC author.)
General Mod Best Practices:
It’s generally recommended to place clothing mods at the bottom of your load order.
Before uninstalling: Ensure you’ve removed any Sewing Toolboxes, and no character, follower, or crew has these outfits equipped or in their inventory (personal or ship).
Avoid removing mods mid-playthrough.
