This script gives you all Starborn powers and upgrades them to level 9 before sending you to the Unity to start New Game 10. You will start New Game 10 with the best Starborn ship and Armor and you can find the temples to upgrade your powers to level 10.
To install extract NG10.txt to your Starfield folder. Once you have created your character you can open the console using ` and then type “bat NG10” to execute the script. I have not tried running the script before reaching the character creator. It is probably definitely not a good idea based on feedback.
This will also work on an existing character that already has Starborn powers or is on New Game plus already. In this case any powers you already have will go to the maximum, level 10, and you will still start New Game 10 regardless of what NG level you were on already.
If you want to choose a specific world state for your next game you can use New Game Plus Variation Picker. You will have to edit this mod’s script to set to New Game 10 as it defaults to 2.
