Adds 4 new Powers and 4 new Starborn Passive skills to the new Starborn Skill Tree

Starborn Skill Tree
Expanded Powers Menu
Show Power Name on HUD
Respec Terminal – Staborn Perks and Power Patch
Installation:
– Install via Vortex/MO2 (recommended)
– OR (not recommended) copy the files to Data/interface. You should have:
Data\StarbornSkillTree.esm
Data\interface\powerslibrary.swf
Compatibility:
– will conflict with any mod that changes
powerslibrary.swf
