Build new settlement homes
Currently one new home you can build in your settlement.
Manual install:
1. Add lines below to your StarfieldCustom.ini
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
2. Drop the files in your data
3. Install: Plugins.txt Enabler
4. Add *m1lkm8n_buildings.esm to your plugins.txt
