PopcornTime – Signs and SFX V1.4

Using cult cinema references overhauls specific sfx and signs in order to add more depth and immersion to the game. A PopcornTime Expansion.

When creating PopcornTime I realized that I wanted to expand that mod by replacing specific sound effects found in the game. So
using cult cinema references I created a custom soundscape appropriate for Neon my favorite city, and I was happy with it. But for some reason the signs now were off place. So I decided I was going to replace them as well. Then using DALL E 3 AI and some other kindly provided images. I created this mod.
It replaces sfx audios and signed textures from the game

1.0 FIRST RELESE
– Replaces all animated signs in Neon
– Replaces all sounds coming out of all animated signs in Neon.
– The movement of the animation in the billboard helps the theme and image replaced.
– This mod works best with Neon Vertigo

Known Issues
– Cydonia now will have a Neon City advertisement, it made sense that neon is trying to get off world tourist to spend some credits in Neon.
– Den Astrodynamics is partially incompatible (shares some signs with neon, you will need to disable those signs to remove audio from Neon ads.)
