Immersive Laser Tweaks V1.0

This is a simple mod that changes all handheld laser weapons to use the cutter’s recoil settings. This results in a more realistic experience while not completely removing recoil from the weapons. This helps to preserve some of the weapons’ oomph.

List of affected weapons:

The Equinox
The Solstice
The Orion

FUTURE PLANS:
I may add a EM/Particle weapon version if there is demand

Ship/Vehicle weapons are not at all affected
