Perk Up – Power Cutters V1.0

Adds leveled damage and rarity scaling to cutters. Make cutters a more legitimate choice of weapon, including Legendary Cutters.

What does this do?
Intends to make Cutters a more legitimate weapon choice.

By way of the following changes:
– Uncommon, rare, and legendary cutters added to some of the loot tables (mostly vendors).
– Cutters added by this mod spawn with randomized damage based on your level, up to 99 at Lv250.
– Cutters come in 3 skins, the basic red, worn red, and yellow (like Heller’s); red cutters work with the Old Mars skin.
– Nerf the Lasers skill rank 4 burning proc damage and duration by 2/3rds (this skill is OP even after nerf).

Installation
Place files in Data as usual, and add the following to your StarfieldCustom.ini:
