A lot of people used to teleport with Rampage Trainer,but i think it is very unimmersive ,you have to open several menus to find this option,that’s too troublesome.
The opsedar’s famous mod Instant Travel solved this problem partially，but not enough.It ony can teleport you in a short distance,somebody said ‘the whole point of instant traveling is to travel far distances, but there is no easy way to do that with this mod. traveling far distances is very complicated, and you have to take many short trips using many waypoints. and on top of this, if your horse doesn’t feel like traveling to your set waypoint, it becomes extremely agitated and takes ~15 seconds to calm down to be leadable again. if i wanted to travel a short distance, i would just ride my horse there.’ I modified the code to make up for this deficiency.
Features:
Teleport you anywhere on the map without draining health,stamina and deadeye.
More fast speed of teleporting,to any point on the map in three seconds,,and the horse will be never agitated or nervous.
You can teleport to escape from enemies in combat or pursuing .
You only can teleport on horse or in wagon,and the time will pass with distance.
More useful and Immersive,just like in a film.
Installation:
Extract the asi file to your Red Dead Redemption 2 root folder,ScriptHookRDR2 V2 or AB scripthook is required.
How to use:
Select a location on the world map，activate using cinematic camera to show the prompt,and pressing the hotkey of jumping.
Compatibility:
improve the compatibility with Horse Nap than Instant Travel,i think it does’t conflict with any other mod.
Opsidar is the key which made this mod, and I only made a small modification to the code. Although this change is small, as someone who knows almost nothing about programming, it is a very painful and difficult to readand compile other people’s code , I put in a huge effort.
