Does what is says – will give all manufacturer ship parts to Atlantis Shipyard and give him (and The Den Vendor) $999999 credits each time you start playing.

Optional version with no vendor credits added.

Optional bat version added – Put file in Starfield folder, open console ~ type bat atship

Note: The changes to the New Atlas Shipyard will persist through playthrough (even if the CCR is mod removed from mod manager), but the vendor credits will diminish over time. The shipyard parts will revert to default if you start a new game, load to an older save (before mod) or NG+ if you do not have the CCR mod installed. If you keep the CCR mod installed it will keep the extra parts active no matter what you do and give the Shipyard and Den Trader vendors $999999 credits each time you run the game, but you can also manually do this with the bat file as many times as needed.

This is snippet from my other set of bat files from Unlimited Piracy that was safe to CCR.

Note: high end parts are still gated behind player level, this just puts them all in one location.
